We are facing the greatest upheaval in the construction and real estate industry of all time. New technologies are already in the starting blocks and are ready to become a part of our industry. Artificial intelligence, block chain, 3D printing and many more are no longer magic. Much of it is already in use. In addition, flying or self-propelled cars are turning our thinking about mobility in neighbourhoods upside down. Many of these technologies come from the USA or China. What will our role be in this? For our part, we don't want to chase these trends, we want to lead them.
